At The Golf Guys Online, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't help your game, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
